Astesol D3 60K comprises of Vitamin D. It is a fat soluble vitamin that aids in the body to absorb calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D is made in our body when the skin gets exposed to sunlight however there are fair chances of its deficiency due to the protective layers on our body or limited exposure to sunlight or perhaps age. Furthermore, vegetarians are more prone to deficiency of Vitamin D since it is found more in animal based foods.
